What's your dental New Year's resolution?
Friday, December 23, 2016

'Tis the season for merriment! It's also the time when people think about their goals for the year to come. Many people make resolutions to become more fit, to quit smoking, to make better financial decisions, etc. What resolutions do you have to improve the health of your smile? Here are our suggestions for things to keep in mind as this year comes to a close:

1) Make a promise to yourself to brush and floss at least twice a day

2) Schedule your cleaning appointments ahead of time to ensure you never miss a preventative visit

3) Eat a balanced diet and reduce the amount of sugary drinks and treats you consume

4) Maintain an exercise routine that fits your unique needs. Remember, a healthy smile is one part of your overall wellness, and the health of your teeth and gums is strongly connected to the vitality of your body as a whole.
